OUR STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS ALWAYS APPLY TO
ALL OUR FULLY EQUIPPED CAMPING VEHICLES
1.
Rates include oil, maintenance, Vat and unlimited kilometres. Refuelling charges are excluded.
2.
The Renter/Driver has to be 23 years of age and be in possession of a valid, unendorsed international drivers licence. All additional drivers have to be nominated, but there is no extra driver’s fee.
3.
NO Pick Ups on Sunday’s and Public holidays after 1 pm. Vehicle Drop Off’s by prior arrangement only.
4.
Clients landing after 2 pm during the week, collection of vehicle the next morning

Rates exclude Airport Pick Up and Drop Offs – N$ 300,00 per person - One Way
6.
Rates exclude delivery and collection fees, and any cross border fees. No vehicle may be taken outside Namibia without prior approval. Cross border rentals are allowed into Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, Mozambique, Lesotho and Swaziland.

Rates exclude a cleaning / valet fee of N$ 600,00

Minimum rental is 5 days, day of collection is counted as day one, regardless of collection time. Rental extensions must be made at least 2 days prior to agreed date of termination.
9.
A 20% deposit of the total rental amount will be required to confirm advanced reservations. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Master , Visa , Amex and Diners credit cards.
10.
A cancellation fee of 20% will apply if bookings are cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival. 50% for 8 – 15 Days, No refund if cancelled 5 – 0 Days .No refund will be given for No Shows or Early Returns.
11.
Camping equipment , if required, is included in the daily rental, but no insurance covers any loss or damage of any such equipment.
12.
We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a similar one.
13.
All terms, conditions and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
14.
No limitation of liability chosen covers loss of personal property, and “AFS” is not liable for death, injury and personal loss or damage.
15.
“AFS” reserves the right to charge after completion of rental, any parking or traffic offences and all taxes and charges for any miscellaneous services.
16.
In the case of an accident, including single vehicle accident, the Customer will at all times be liable for the vehicle excess waiver and the tow in costs, whether at fault or not.
