OUR STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY

• Unlimited kilometres
  
• Second driver fee
  
• Weekend / public holiday pick up
  
  
• Rates exclude
  
• Airport Pick Up and Drop Offs - N$ 250,00 One Way
  
• delivery and collection fees
  
• any cross border fees
  
• cleaning / valet fee of N$ 400,00
  
• refuelling charges / gas bottle refills
  
  
• Minimum rental is 5 days, day of collection is counted as day one, regardless of collection time.  Rental extensions must be made at least 2 days prior to agreed date of termination.   Driver has to be 21 years of age, and be in possession of a valid, unendorsed drivers licence. No refund will be given for No Shows or Early Returns.
  
  
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. We accept all major credit cards.
  
  

• A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. No refund will be given for 5 - 0 days.
  
  
• All living / camping equipment is included in the daily rental, but no insurance covers any loss or damage of any such equipment.
  
  
• We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a similar one.
  
  
• No limitation of liability chosen covers loss of personal property, and “AFS” is not liable for death, injury and personal loss or damage.
  
  
• “AFS” reserves the right to charge after completion of rental, any parking or traffic offences and all taxes and charges for any miscellaneous services.
  
  
• All terms, conditions and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
